A quoted figure, itemised

What a rush visa fee actually covers

A state charge, a handling charge and an urgency premium are three separate things. Knowing which one is on the invoice changes the decision entirely.

Nothing is lodged on your behalf here, no paperwork is taken in, and no outcome is influenced from this page. Verify the route you intend to use with the Vietnamese authorities.

Three charges wearing one price tag

An invoice quoted for an urgent Vietnamese entry permit almost always bundles items that behave very differently.

The first is the state charge, set by regulation and identical no matter who submits the paperwork. The second is a handling charge for somebody typing, checking and chasing on your behalf, which is an ordinary commercial service and priced however that business chooses. The third is an urgency premium, and this is the one worth pausing over, because paying it cannot compel an immigration officer to decide sooner.

Bundled together they read as a single unavoidable cost. Separated out, most of the questions answer themselves.

Reading a quote without guessing

Ask which portion is the state charge and compare it against the published figure. Ask what the remainder buys in concrete terms. Ask what happens to the money if the decision is a refusal, and get the answer before paying rather than after.

A site that mirrors the look of a government portal, obscures who operates it, or refuses to itemise is telling you something useful about itself.

Where this site stands

This page compares how money moves. It is not a service, sells nothing, submits nothing and collects no documents. Every application belongs on the official government portal, made by the traveller.

What is being written next

Breakdowns of the published state charges, how refund terms usually work in practice, and the presentation patterns that distinguish an ordinary agency from an imitation of an official channel.
